An Act to repeal the Oil Refinery Agreement Ratification Act

1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Oil Refinery Agreement Ratification Act Repeal Act 2002.

2Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the date fixed by the Administrator by notice in the Gazette.

3Repeal

The Oil Refinery Agreement Ratification Act (Act No. 21 of 1984) is repealed.

4Expiry

This Act expires on the day after the day on which it commences.
