  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Safety Levies) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 January 2011.

Schedule 1 amends the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Safety Levies) Regulations 2004.
