Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Amendment (National Regulator) Act 2011
I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Amendment (National Regulator) Act 2011, fix 1 January 2012 as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 2 to that Act commence.
