1.             Citation

These regulations are the Offshore Minerals Amendment
Regu/wions 2012.

2.             Commencement

These re tulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations 1 and 2 on the day on hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on I July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended
