Offshore Minerals Act 1999 No 42—	New South Wales
Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Offshore Minerals Act 1999, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 March 2000 as the day on which that Act commences.
