3 ( tterttsfaI14 ANNO OCTODECIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 2 of 1969 An Act to Amend the Officials in ParliamentAct 1896-1968 in a certain particular ASSENTED TO 29TH AUGUST, 1969] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Officials in Parliament Act Amendment Act 1969. (2) The Officials in Parliament Act 1896 - 1968 is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.

4 Officials in Parliament Act Amendment Act 1969, No. 2 (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Officialsin ParliamentAct1896-1969. 2. Amendment of s. 3 (1). Subsection (1) of section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the word " thirteen " and inserting in its stead the word " fourteen ".
