REGULATIONS UNDER THE OFFICERS’ RIGHTS DECLARATION ACT 1928.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Officers’ Rights Declaration Act 1928.

Date the twenty-third day of December, 1976.

OFFICERS’ RIGHTS DECLARATION (TERRITORY LAWS)

REGULATIONS

Short title.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Officers’ Rights Declaration (Territory Laws) Regulations.

Repeal of Officers’ Rights Declaration Regulations.

2. Statutory Rules 1975, No. 146 are repealed.

Definition.

3. In these Regulations, “ the Act ” means the Officers Rights Declaration Act 1928.

Prescribed Territory laws.

4. Each of the laws of the Australian Capital Territory specified in the Schedule is a prescribed Territory law for the purposes of the Act.
