Offensive Trades (Fees) Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Offensive Trades (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Offensive Trades
(Fees) Regulations 1976*.

4.           Regulation I replaced

Regulation 1 is repealed and the following regulation is inserted instead -

These regulations are the Health (Offensive Trades
Fees) Regulations 1976.

5.            Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3 is amended by deleting the Table to the regulation and inserting instead -
