OFFENSIVE TRADES (FEES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Offensive Trades (Fees)

Amendment Regulations 1994.

Regulation 3 amended

2.     The Table to regulation 3 of the Offensive Trades (Fees) Regulations

1976* is amended —

(a) by deleting "Wool scouring establishments	100";
(b) by deleting "Fish Shops	100";
(c) by deleting "Marine Stores	70";
(d) by deleting	"Chemical Works:

— High Risk	200 120";
— Others

(e) by deleting "Fish processing and storage

establishments: 1. Fish Marketing Premises	120
2. Wet Fish, filleting and
processing establishments	170

3. Shell Fish processing

establishments 170

4. Crustacean processing

establishments 170";

and

(f) by inserting after "Rabbit farming 170" the

cc following —
