A c t contained shall be deemed to au thor ize a n y Jus t i ce of t h e Peace to cause any person to be removed to Sydney to be examined unless such person shall have been apprehended wi th in t he Police Distr ic t of Sydney or informat ion shal l have been given on oa th by some credible witness before such Jus t i ce t h a t t he re a re s t rong g rounds for suspect ing such person to be a t r anspor ted felon or offender i l legally a t la rge Provided also t h a t no female shall be so removed
