OFFENDERS COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Offenders Community Corrections

Amendment Regulations 1994.

Regulation 46 amended

2.      Regulation 46 of the Offenders Community Corrections Regulations 1991*

is
subregulation	amended by inserting after subregulation (2) the following
imprisonment imposed as a sentence on or after 1 November	(3) Subregulations (1) and (2) do not apply to a term of

1994.
