AN ACT to regulate the Execution of Warrants of Arrest.

[Assented to, 31st December, 1875.]

HEREAS it is expedient to make further provision for the Preamble.

original warrant: and any person so apprehended shall with all convenient speed be taken before a Justice of the Peace, who, on being satisfied that the said copy warrant is a copy of an original warrant, shall thereupon deal with such offender in the same way as he would do if the said copy warrant were the original.
