AN ACT to regulate the Execution of Warrants of Arrest.

HEREAS it is expedient to make further provision for the Preamble.
issued.; Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor ofW arrest of offenders for whose apprehension warrants have Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:—

original warrant: and any person so apprehended shall with all convenient speed be taken before a Justice of the Peace, who, on being satisfied that the said copy warrant is a copy of an original warrant, shall thereupon deal with such offender in the same way as he would do if the said copy warrant were the original.
