s1 2 s5 Occupational Therapists Amendment (No. 1) No. 408, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Occupational Therapists Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Occupational Therapists By-law 1995 . ˙ Amendment of s 18 (Annual licence fee) 3.(1) Section 18, subsections (1) and (2)— renumber as subsections (2) and (3). (2) Section 18— insert— ‘ 18.(1) A person who is already registered as an occupational therapist at the beginning of a year must pay the annual licence fee for the year on or before 31 January in the year.’. ˙ Insertion of new s 19 4. After section 18— insert— ˙ ‘ Expiry ‘ 19. This by-law expires on 1 July 1998.’. ˙ Amendment of schedule (Fees) 5.(1) Schedule, item 2, ‘134.00’— omit, insert— ‘136.00’. (2) Schedule, item 5, ‘107.00’— omit, insert— ‘109.00’.
