This by-law may be cited as the Occupational Therapists Amendment By-law 1991 .

2 Occupational Therapists Amendment By-Law 1991 Amended by-laws 2. The Occupational Therapists By-laws 1981 are amended as set out in this by-law. Name of provision units 3.(1) A provision of the Occupational Therapists By-Laws 1981 that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a by-law may be called a section. (2) A provision of the Occupational Therapists By-laws 1981 that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a clause may be called a subsection. (3) A reference in the Occupational Therapists By-laws 1981 to a by-law or a clause of that by-law designated by a number is a reference to a section or subsection of the By-law designated by that number. Replacement of s. 1 (Short title) 4. Section 1— omit , insert— ‘Short title ‘1. This by-law may be cited as the Occupational Therapists By-law 1981 . ’. Omission of s. 3 (Arrangement of By-laws) 5.
