Occupational Safety and Health Amendment

Regulations (No. 7) 2008

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Occupational Safety and Health
Amendment Regulations (NO. 7) 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2008.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Occupational
Safety and Health Regulations 1996.

4.            Schedule 6.1 amended

Schedule 6.1 is amended by deleting "$27.50" and inserting instead -

" $28.25 "

5.            Schedule 6.1A amended

Schedule 6. 1A is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by deleting "$3 630" and inserting instead - " $3 753 ";
(b)	in item 2 by deleting "$2 410" and inserting instead -

44 $2 492 ";

(c) in item 3 by deleting "$1 205" and inserting instead - " $1246 ".

6.            Schedule 6.2 amended

Schedule 6.2 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by deleting "$78.00" and inserting instead - " $81.00 ";
(b)	in item 2 by deleting "$71.00" and inserting instead - " $73.00 ".

7.            Schedule 6.2A amended

Schedule 6.2A is amended by deleting "$3 723" and inserting instead -

" $3850

8.            Schedule 6.4 amended

Schedule 6.4 is amended as follows:

(a)

in items 1 and 2 by deleting "$71.00" and inserting " $73.00

(b)	in item 3 by deleting "$60.00" and inserting instead - " $62.00 ";
(c)	in item 4 by deleting "$45.00" and inserting instead - " $46.50 ";
(d)	in item 5 by deleting '$857.00 and inserting instead -
