Occupational Safety and Health Amendment
Regulations (No. 7) 2002
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Occupational Safety and
Health Amendment Regulations (No. 7) 2002.
2. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Occupational
Safety and Health Regulations 1996*.[* Reprinted as at 19 July 2002.]
3. Regulation 3.29 amended
Regulation 3.29 is amended by deleting “AS 2299” in each place where it occurs and inserting instead —
“ AS/NZS 2299 ”.
4. Regulation 3.33 amended
The Table to regulation 3.33 is amended as follows:
(a)
by deleting “AS 1801” and inserting instead — “ AS/NZS 1801 ”;
(b)
by deleting “AS 2161” and inserting instead — “ AS/NZS 2161 ”.

5. Regulation 3.36 amended
Regulation 3.36(a) is amended by deleting “AS 1801” and inserting instead —
“ AS/NZS 1801 ”.
6. Regulation 3.67 amended
Regulation 3.67 is amended by deleting “Parts 1 to 5” in both places where it occurs and inserting instead —
“ Parts 1 to 6 ”.
7. Regulation 3.85 amended
Regulation 3.85 is amended by deleting “AS 2865” and inserting instead —
“ AS/NZS 2865 ”.
8. Regulation 3.99 amended
Regulation 3.99 is amended in the definition of “flammable paint” by deleting “AS 2106” and inserting instead —
“ AS/NZS 2106 ”.
9. Regulation 3.101 amended
Regulation 3.101 is amended by deleting “AS 3000” and inserting instead —
“ AS/NZS 3000 ”.
10. Regulation 3.104 amended
Regulation 3.104(c)(iii) is amended by deleting “AS 2208” and inserting instead —
“ AS/NZS 2208 ”.

11. Regulation 4.27 amended
Regulation 4.27(6)(b) is amended by deleting “AS 3000” and inserting instead —

12. Regulation 4.49 amended
Regulation 4.49 is amended by deleting “AS 2211” in each place where it occurs and inserting instead —
“ AS/NZS 2211 ”.
13. Regulation 4.54 amended
Regulation 4.54(3)(a) is amended by deleting “AS/NZS 2550” and inserting instead —
“ AS 2550 ”.
14. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is deleted and the following Schedule is inserted instead —
