Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Occupational Safety and Health

2450 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 23 June 2009

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2009.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Occupational Safety and Health
Regulations 1996.

4.            Schedule 6.1 amended

In Schedule 6.1 delete "$28.25" and insert:

$29.40

5.            Schedule 6.1A amended

(1)	This regulation amends Schedule 6.1A.
(2)	Amend the items listed in the Table as set Out in the Table.
