Occupational Safety and Health Amendment

Regulations (No. 6) 2008

Safety and Health Regulations 1996.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Occupational Safety and Health
Amendment Regulations (No. 6) 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Occupational

4.            Regulation 3.138 amended

Regulation 3.138(3) is amended by deleting "21 April 2008." and inserting instead —

" 1 October 2008. ".
