Occupational Safety and Health Amendment

Regulations (No. 5) 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Occupational Safety and
Health Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2002.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation immediately after the
Occupational Safety and Health Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2002 come into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Occupational
Safety and Health Regulations 1996*.

4.             Regulation 4.54 amended

Regulation 4.54(3) is amended by deleting “unit is inspected, operated and maintained” and inserting instead —

“ unit is operated ”.
