Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Occupational Safety and
Health Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 1998.

2.             Regulation 2 of certain amendment regulations amended

Regulation 2 of the Occupational Safety and Health Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1997* is amended by deleting “1 January
1999” and inserting instead —

“ 29 March 1999 ”.
