Occupational Safety and Health Amendment

Regulations (No. 4) 2010

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Occupational Safety and Health
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2010.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Occupational Safety and Health
Regulations 1996.

4.             Regulation 3.33 amended

In regulation 3.33(1) in the Table delete the item relating to
AS 2375 and insert:

Clothing for protection against heat	AS/NZS ISO 2801
and flame	and AS/NZS 4501.1

5.             Schedule 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 item 6 delete “AS 1418.8-2002” and insert:
AS 1418.8-2008
