Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1998

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Occupational Safety and
Health Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1998.

2.           Regulation 2 of certain amendment regulations amended

Regulation 2 of the Occupational Safety and Health Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1997* is amended by deleting "1 August
1998" and inserting instead —

" 1 January 1999 ".
