Occupational Safety and Health Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Occupational Safety and Health
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2010.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Occupational Safety and Health Legislation Amendment Act 2009 sections 11, 12 and 15 come into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Occupational Safety and Health
Regulations 1996.

4.             Regulation 2.8 amended

Delete regulation 2.8(3).

Note:  The heading to amended regulation 2.8 is to read:

References for review of improvement or prohibition notice

5.             Regulation 2.16 deleted

Delete regulation 2.16.

6.             Schedule 2 amended

Delete Schedule 2 Form 6.
