Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.           Citation

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Occupational
Safety and Health Regulations 1996*.

3.            Schedule 6.1 amended

Schedule 6.1 is amended by deleting "$22.75" and inserting instead —

" $23.25 ".

4.            Schedule 6.2 amended

(1)	Schedule 6.2 is amended in item 1 by deleting "$58.00" and inserting instead —

$59.00 ".

(2) Schedule 6.2 is amended in item 2 by deleting "$58.00" and
inserting instead —

5.            Schedule 6.2A amended

Schedule 6.2A is amended by deleting "$3 017" and inserting
instead —

6.            Schedule 6.3 amended

Schedule 6.3 is amended as follows:

(a) in item 1 by deleting "$58.00" and inserting instead
