Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Occupational Safety and Health
Amendment Regulations (No. 12) 2005.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Occupational
Safety and Health Regulations 1996*.

3.            Regulation 6.6 amended

Regulation 6.6(4)(b) is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted instead -

"

(b) the period specified by the Commissioner under

regulation 6.8(4) for the most recent renewal.

4.            Regulation 6.8 amended

After regulation 6.8(3) the following subregulation is inserted -

(4) If the Commissioner renews the registration of an

assessor the Commissioner is to specify the period, not exceeding 3 years, for which the registration has effect.
