Occupational Safety and Health Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Occupational Safety and Health
Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Occupational
Safety and Health Regulations 1996*.

3.             Regulation 3.44 amended

Regulation 3.44(b)(iii) is amended by deleting “Kpa” and
inserting instead —

“ kPa ”.

4.             Regulation 5.1 amended

(1)	Regulation 5.1(1) is amended in the definition of “container” by deleting “storage”.
(2)	Regulation 5.1(2)(a) is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted instead —

“

(a) ADG Code Australian
Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by
Road and Rail, Sixth Edition, 1998, published

the is a reference to the Service, Canberra (ISBN 0 642 25554 7 and 0 642 25560 1); and

”.

5.             Schedule 4.3 amended

Schedule 4.3 is amended by deleting “4.23(3)(b) and
4.28(c)(i),” and inserting instead —

“ 4.23(3)(b), 4.29(c)(i) and ”.
