Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare (Fees No 2) Variation Regulations 2006.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations 1995

4—Variation of regulation 6.8.2—Prescription of fee

  1. Regulation 6.8.2—delete "2005/2006" wherever occurring and substitute in each case:

    2006/2007

  2. Regulation 6.8.2(1)—delete "$5 652 000" and substitute:

    $5 867 000

Note—

As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
