Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Occupational Health, Safety and
Welfare Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 1990.
Schedule 3 amended
2. Schedule 3 to the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations 1988*

is amended—

(a)	in column 1, under the heading "Atmospheric Contaminant", by inserting after the item "Styrene, monomer", the following item- " Synthetic mineral fibre "; and
(b)	in column 2, under the heading "f/ml", by inserting opposite the item inserted by paragraph (a) the following-

" 0.5 ".
