OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE ACT 1984 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Occupational Health, Safety and

Welfare Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1991.
Regulation 204A inserted

2. After regulation 204 of the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare

Regulations 1988* the following regulation is inserted—

Prescribed laws for the purposes of section 14(1)(b) of the Act

it 204A. The following laws relating to occupational health, safety and welfare are prescribed for the purposes of section 14 (1) (b) of the Act—
(a) Coal Mines Regulation Act 1946; and
(b) Mines Regulation Act 1946. ".
