Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Occupational Health, Safety and
Welfare Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1990.
Principal regulations

2.   In these regulations the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Regula-

tions 1988* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 311 amended

3.   Regulation 311 of the principal regulations is amended at the end of

paragraph (a) by deleting "and" and substituting the following—

" Or ".
