OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1992

Made by the Deputy of the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Occupational Health, Safety and

Welfare Amendment Regulations 1992.

Commencement

2.     These regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1993.

Regulation 304 amended

3.    Regulation 304 (b) of the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare

Regulations 1988* is amended by deleting "90" and substituting the following —

" 85 ".
