  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Standards) Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Standards) Regulations 1994

Schedule 1 amends the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Standards) Regulations 1994.
