  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Arrangements) Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Arrangements) Regulations 1991

Schedule 1 amends the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Arrangements) Regulations 1991.

insert

10 Director-General of the Australian Agency for International Development Persons engaged as employees under subsection 19 (1) of the Australian Civilian Corps Act 2011
