Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Arrangements) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Arrangements) Regulations 1991

Schedule 1 amends the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Arrangements) Regulations 1991.
