Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employment) Amendment Act 2006
I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employment) Amendment Act 2006, fix 15 March 2007 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
