Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2001 to prescribe additional offences relating to certain high-risk work as offences for which penalty notices may be served.
This Regulation is made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000, including Part 3

(Regulations) and section 108.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Occupational Health and Safety Amendment
(Penalty Notice Offences) Regulation 2010.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.
