Observatory Park Weather Bureau Site (Repeal).

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: —

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the “Observatory Park Weather Bureau Site (Repeal) Act, 1983”.

Repeal of Act No. 8, 1923, and Act No. 27, 1934.

2. The Observatory Park Weather Bureau Site Act, 1923, and the Observatory Park Weather Bureau Site (Amendment) Act, 1934, are repealed.
