An Act to authorise the Commonwealth of Aus- traha to occupy and use an additional portion of Observatory Park for purposes of the Weather Bureau; to amend the Observatory Park Weather Bureau Site Act, 1923, the Pubhc Parks Act, 1912, and certain other Acts; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 9th November, 1934.]

Short title. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the “ Observatory

Park W eather Bureau Site (Amendment) Act, 1934.”

(2) The Observatory Park W eather Bureau Site Act, 1923, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Oliservatory Park W eatlier Bureau Site Act, 1923-1934.
