\T73TE11EAS the land dcsciibcd in tlic Schedule to this Act is paid W of the resumed land referred to in the Darling Ilarhour

Wharves Eesumption Act, lilOO, and it is desirable to lease the said land for a term not exceeding ninety-nine years : Be it therefore enacted by tlie King’s Alost Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South AYales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. This .Vet may be cited as the “ Observatory Hill Lands

Leasing Act, 1905.”

Power to lease land.

2. Till' lands described in the Schedule to this Act, or any of such lands, may be leased by tlic Governor for any term not exceeding ninety-nine years, at such rents and subject to such conditions as he may think lit. The rent or other revenue arising from any lands so leased shall be paid into the Treasury, and carried to the Consolidated Eevenue Eund.
