1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Oberon Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 280 Burroughs Crossing Road, Oberon, being Lot 4,

DP 264133.

4      Amendment of Oberon Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “(When this Plan was made this Schedule was blank)”. Insert instead:

1      Use of certain land at 280 Burroughs Crossing Road, Oberon

This clause applies to land at 280 Burroughs Crossing Road, Oberon, being Lot 4, DP 264133, identified as “280 Burroughs Crossing Road” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

Development for the purpose of a function centre is permitted with

development consent.
