Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations

(Act Amendment) Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Oaths, Affidavits and Statutoly Declarations (Act Amendment) Regulations 2007.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            The Act amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations Act 2005.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended by inserting after item 19 the following item —

19A. A person who is a member of the Authority's Landgate

staff within the meaning given to that term by officer
the Land Information Authority Act 2006
section 3.
