(Act Amendment) Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory
Declarations (Act Amendment) Regulations 2006.

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

2.            The Act amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations Act 2005*.

3.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended by inserting after item 15 the following item —

15A. A person appointed under the Parliamentary Electorate officer

and Electorate Staff (Employment) Act 1992	of a member of
section 4(1)(b)(i) or (2)(b)(i).	State Parliament
