[A ssented to 31 st O ctober , I960.] B E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— Short title. 1. (I.) The Principal Act and this Act may be title. collectively cited as “ The Oaths Acts, 1867 to 1960.”
9 E liz . II. No. 16, 1960. Oaths Acts AmendmentAct. 9 2. Section thirteen of the Principal Act is amended— Amendment of s. 13. (a) by omitting the marginal note to that section and inserting in its stead the marginal note “ Persons entitled to take declarations ” ; and ( b) by inserting after the words “ or other officer now by law authorised to administer an oath ” the words “ or any barrister, solicitor or conveyancer of the Supreme Court.”.
