HER HONOUR:   On 17 August 2017, the plaintiff filed an application for an order to show cause seeking relief in the nature of certiorari and an extension of time in which to file the application.  The application was heard before me on 3 November 2017.  I would refuse the plaintiff’s application.  I publish my reasons.

The order of the Court is:

1.The plaintiff’s application for an extension of time to file the application for an order to show cause, insofar as it relates to the decision of Justice McKerracher, is refused.

2.The plaintiff’s application for an order to show cause, filed on 17 August 2017, is dismissed.

I publish that order.

AT 9.44 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
