NURSING REGULATIONS*
REGULATIONS 1967, No. 6 t
1. Regulation 3 of the Nursing Regulations is amended—
(a) by omitting sub-regulation (3.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulations:— " (3.) A motion shall not be proposed at a meeting unless notice in writing of the motion has been given to the Chairman at least seven days before the date fixed for holding the meeting.
" (3A.) The Chairman shall cause a motion of which notice has been so given to him to be included in the business paper for the meeting at which the motion is to be proposed and he shall cause a copy of the notice to be sent to each member before the date fixed for holding the meeting."; and
(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (4.) the words "or Deputy Chairman ". 2. Regulation 4 of the Nursing Regulations is amended—
(a) by omitting the words " the Register of Nurses " and inserting in their stead the words " the Register "; and (b) by omitting the words " any person " and inserting in their stead the words " a person as a nurse ".
3. Regulation 5 of the Nursing Regulations is amended by omitting from sub- regulation (2.) the words " the Ordinance " and inserting in their stead the words " the Nurses Registration Ordinance 1933-1967 ".

4. Regulation 6 of the Nursing Regulations is amended—
(a)
by omitting the words " Certificate of Registration " and inserting in their stead the words " certificate of registration ";
(b) by omitting the words " or the Deputy Chairman,"; and
(c) by omitting the words " (or Deputy Chairman, as the case may be) ".
5. Regulation 55 of the Nursing Regulations is amended by omitting the
word " Director-General " and inserting in its stead the word " Director ".
6. The Nursing Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule to these
Regulations.
