Nursing Homes Assistance Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under
the

Schedule 1 to the Nursing Homes Assistance Regulations is amended—
(a) by omitting Part III and substituting the following Part:
“
1. Eventide—Wards B and D to II (inclusive) only, Charters Towers.
2. Eventide—Wards A, B, C, E and F only, Rockhampton.
3. Eventide—Wards 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 40 to 46 (inclusive), 48, 49, 50 and Nursing Care Unit only, Sandgate.
4. Farrhome Nursing Care Unit, Kingaroy.
5. Halwyn Intellectually Handicapped Persons Centre, Red Hill.
6. Hervey Bay Nursing Home, Hervey Bay.

15. Repatriation Hospital, Kenmore.
16. Rockhampton Base Hospital Intellectually Handicapped Unit only, Rockhampton.
