(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Nursing Homes Assistance Act 1974.

Commencement

1.These Regulations shall come into operation on 15 December 1984.

Rate for the purposes of paragraph 13 (1) (d) of the Act

2.Regulation 6 of the Nursing Homes Assistance Regulations is amended by omitting from the table—

"Western Australia....................................................................................................................................... 282.10 324.10"

and substituting—

"Western Australia....................................................................................................................................... 310.10 352.10".
