Nursing (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Nursing Act 1995 .11 June 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Nursing (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Nursing (Fees) Regulations 1998 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees)Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting item 2 and substituting the following:
