s1 2 s5 Nursing Amendment By-law (No. 1) 2001 No. 274, 2001 1 Short title This by-law may be cited as the Nursing Amendment By-law (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Commencement This by-law commences on 31 March 2002. 3 By-law amended This by-law amends the Nursing By-law 1993. 4 Insertion of new s 59A After section 59— insert — ‘59A Fee for certificate of particulars of registration, enrolment or authorisation to practise ‘The fee stated in part 1 of the schedule for a certificate of particulars of registration, enrolment or authorisation to practise midwifery, mental health nursing or nursing in another area of nursing is payable to the council for the certificate.’. 5 Amendment of s 63 (Restoration of registration or enrolment) Section 63(2)— omit, insert — ‘ (2) The application must be— (a) in the form approved by the council; and (b) accompanied by— (i) the application fee for the restoration of registration or enrolment; and (ii) the annual licence certificate fee.’.
