s1 2 s3 Nursing Amendment (No. 1) No. 40, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Nursing Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Nursing By-law 1993 . ˙ Amendment of s 57A (Waiver of fees) 3.(1) Section 57A(2), after ‘Council’— insert— ‘, under subsection (1),’. (2) Section 57A— insert— ‘ (3) The Council may waive payment of a fee by the Australian Nursing Council Incorporated for inspecting an entry in, or for obtaining a copy of or extract from, the register or roll.’.
